Hmmm yum! Just made strawberry cheesecake and it tasted delicious! I just made the recipe up from inspirations and just tossed them together into this (as shown in photo).  It’s healthy, well sort of if you didn’t include the icing sugar :S. the crust is made up of mejodool date and walnuts. Filling is cream cheese (light) with a drop of vanilla essence and icing sugar. Topping is just sugar free strawberry jam.  I did it all in one serving, so then I cannot eat rest of the cheesecake if I made it in the size of a cake!

Fret not, I am still on Tumblr and I have been visiting here everyday and LOVE reading all the funny posts and fitness & healthy posts! So don’t think that no-one read your post - I do! :)

I’ve been going tot he gym for two weeks now 3 visits per week with running in between.

I’ve got a cold so I won’t be exercising today too hard, just lots of walking where possible for me!

About the gym progress, well I have been hitting the weights and my muscles get sore afterwards but it is still early days to see any progress yet! :)

I love drinking tea!

if you ever craves a little snack or something to eat but its not yet your next main meal for another hour or two! Have a cuppa tea to fill you up!

It works every single time for me! Although if I do have a snack, I’d have a healthy one (greek yoghurt or fruits with nuts or healthy homemade cookies) with my green tea! :)

Its only 235 calories for the whole recipe (with Dates) and fairly high in protein! It really satisfy my cake cravings and I usually drink it with green tea. Sometimes with black tea (only 1 tsp of sugar and no milk). What do you think? Healthy or not?

Interesting fact about love handles and internal fat! I probably do have a teensy little bit love handles, all I have to do is to lower my body fat so I can say goodbye to my love handles and say hello to my toned abs!

Love handles—that annoying flab found just above the hips—really have nothing to do with love, but everything to do with diet and exercise.
There is a common misconception that spot-reduction exercises—focusing on a specific muscle group, such as the abs—will burn fat in that location. But while crunches and bicycles will strengthen and tone the abs they have little effect on the fatty tissue stored around your middle.
To kiss love handles goodbye you’ll have to reduce your total body fat. I recommend an approach that uses diet, aerobic exercise and strength training.
